Ms. Bivens is a Phoenix native who graduated cum laude from Arizona State University College of Law in 1996.  Ms. Bivens’ professional memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Probate and Trust, and Mental Health and Elder Law sections of the State Bar of Arizona, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association, and The Arizona Chapter of NAELA.

In addition, Ms. Bivens is a past Chair of the Mental Health and Elder Law Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona.  Ms. Bivens is a frequent speaker on elder law issues for the State Bar of Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Association.  Ms. Bivens serves on the Public Policy Committee of the Arizona Chapter of NAELA.
